We understand that you may need to make changes to your travel plans and arrangements, and sometimes with short notice. All requests are considered with discretion upon receipt of the request form below.

Please be aware that we may request evidentiary documentation to support a request for a refund. For example, a medical certificate, travel cancellation documents, receipt of travel insurance claim, or other documentation relevant to the circumstances.

All requests are considered with discretion and we will endeavour to process your request within 10 business days. You will be notified of the outcome in a message to the email address provided.
