Daryl B on a full Day Private Hobart Photography Tour Shutterbug Walkabouts at Shene Tasmania

Darryl travelled from New Zealand and while his wife was attending a conference he opted for a photographer’s day out. We structured the day around Darryl’s interest in photographing historic and industrial buildings and Roy took him to locations a little off the ‘tourist trail’.
“Thank you for your time and efforts in planning such an interesting day of photography for me. From my few words of inspiration you hit the nail on the head when it came to possible subjects.” Darryl B, NZ

When Melinda booked her private tuition session she told us that she needed help to understand the manual mode and what to change to get a better picture. She was working in Hobart for a couple of months and took the opportunity for more than one session.
“Thank you Roy for a very interesting day. I learnt so much and I am very happy to report I have retained the information, thanks to your patience and good teaching. I am so excited to never revert back to the auto mode again. I can highly recommend Roy’s tours and classes to anyone who wants a little encouragement and help to take better photos. I am about to book my 2nd class with Roy.” Melinda F, WA

Steven from Singapore wanted to photograph waterfalls during his Tasmanian holiday. We are quite spoilt for choice in Tasmania and the Hobart region is no exception, so Roy took Stephen to a couple of his favourites for a day of waterfall photography.
“Had a great time with Roy on my day out with him. He’s an extremely patient teacher and has much to share. He also knows a lot about Tassie birds so would be fun for those birds enthusiast as well.
Would definitely recommend him for those who want to see Tassie, enjoy some great sights and shoot great photos as well.” Steven Y, Singapore

How about sharing a private photography tuition session with a friend or family member? Susan & Sarah (sisters) did… there were lots of questions asked, techniques learned and settings experimented with… they’ll certainly be sharing many more photography outings together.
